Rock on, Luke

Luke at playgroup yesterday.

Thank God for my playgroup. We have just a great group of supportive, funny, smart, non competitive, informed and thoughtful Mamas, who all happen to have extremely sweet little kids born right around the same time as Luke. Its one of the things that I most look forward to going to every week. I just got the sad news that one of our original playgroup Mama's and one of Luke's very first buddies (they "met" when Luke was just 16 days old at our Nursing Mama's group) is moving.

You know who you are my friend, and you, and your son will be missed so very much.

Cute picture!

I have a wonderful playgroup too so I know what you mean. I wish we met every day :) I look forward to it every week!

Luke's Milestones

3 writing and identifying his name
32 months ~ dressing and undressing himself
29 months ~ potty trained
26 mos ~ singing the alphabet.
26 mos ~ Singing songs, "reading" books to himself or to Julia
Almost 2 ~ No more crib, bed only
23 Months ~ Knows all of the letters of the Alphabet
22 Mos~ Knows primary colors, some letters, some numbers. Using 3 word sentences.
20 Mos ~ The whole "pee'd in potty" thing several times a day
18 Mos ~ First Sentence "I did it!"
15 months ~ Entirely self feeding with a spoon/fork
15 mos~ Walking backwards
13 mos ~ Running and jumping
11 Mos ~ First words "Ma Ma" "Da Da"
10 Mos ~ tablefood only
