Luke and Jules woke around 7:30 and were eager to go open their presents. Jake, as per his normal routine, woke around 7:15, when we brought him into our room. We have gotten SO lazy over Christmas and Nate and I have been easily sleeping until 8:30 most days (the bigs get up and go down to the playroom and play....Jake falls back asleep with us in our bed until around 9 or so).
LAZY! We finally gave into the bigs and woke Jake around 8 or 8:15 to go do presents. How cute are these two big guys on Christmas morning?

It was fun watching them enjoy watching one another open their gifts. As per the tradition, they each got three presents.

Jules got a boa and this new dress along with her microphone from Mom Mom and Pop Pop and Luke got this handsome sweater ~ they both insisted on wearing it all to Kim and Brendans for Christmas Day.
After everyone left I made the antipasti. I look forward to making this every year.

oh, what beautiful photos. Looks like it was the most magical day! And I love that your baby still snuggles in for more z's in the morning. Cherish that!
ReplyDeleteI can't get over how you have 3 KIDS now. That sweet snuggling pic is the only one where you glimpse sweet baby Jake. He's looking like such a boy in the rest. They are all lovely as ever.
