And finally, to end a manic catching up spree.

Luke, on Mom Mom's bench.

This was installed in the place that she stood with us the past few years watching the 4th of July parade up on the boardwalk in Cape May. My parents had this bench put in in her honor, as she passed away March 1st, 2010. As it went up in November, this was our first time seeing it. It made me teary, but it brought me great joy to know that our kids will walk by this bench hundreds of times in the next few years, and think of Mom Mom Jule. Miss you, lady. I know that you are smiling down on us.

I love this picture! I also love what is written on the bench about your mom mom. I never met her but these words gave me chills :)

3 writing and identifying his name
32 months ~ dressing and undressing himself
29 months ~ potty trained
26 mos ~ singing the alphabet.
26 mos ~ Singing songs, "reading" books to himself or to Julia
Almost 2 ~ No more crib, bed only
23 Months ~ Knows all of the letters of the Alphabet
22 Mos~ Knows primary colors, some letters, some numbers. Using 3 word sentences.
