Lex ~ Jules is actually sound asleep, that's Luke telling HIMSELF to be quiet so as not to wake her :) Its a new fab skill. While he understands the motion, he doesnt seem to really understand the "be quiet" part. He frequently runs up to the sleeping baby screaming with joy while holding a finger up in front of his lips in the "shhhhhhh" gesture.
Its much like "uh oh" in his world. To most people, "Uh oh" is what you say after something accidental happens. In Lukes world, uh oh is a wonderful phrase intended to forgive an abundance of sins. Throw your water cup off the deck on purpose? "Uh Oh!" Throw Mommys cell phone in the toilet to see the splash? "Uh oh!".
